Friday the 5th

We all took a field trip to Allerton Park. Akua travelled very well in the car. She enjoyed all the sights and smells that Allerton had to offer. We saw some squirrels, which all the basenjis were quite interested in chasing, but couldn't. She seems to adapt to anything that we expose her to. She is a joy to have around. After hiking at Allerton all of the basenjis were tired. They took a nice long nap in the car on the way home, and then again when we got home.
